AIPC Patient Agreement Treatment Contract

The head physician at Advanced Interventional Pain Consultants (AIPC) contacted me to ask if I could help produce an informational video for his patient treatment agreement contract he has his patients sign at the beginning of their treatment plan. AIPC is a pain management clinic and almost of the patients at AIPC have been treated using opioid medication. Opioid medications come with great risks that extend beyond addiction, but also affect the patient’s family members. The patient treatment agreement outlines what patients cannot do while on opioid medication in order to protect their wellbeing, especially since the occurrence of the opioid crisis. Often times, because the patient agreement treatment contract is so extensive, patients tend to not realize that they may be in breach of their contract. This video outlines the rules of the contract with graphic and animations to make it clearer and easier for patients to understand what they are signing.
